2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped townhouse (1-night): $290/night + tax

Motel Rates

Standard Room (2-night minimum): $98/night + tax

Standard Room (1-Night): $110 + tax

2-bedroom unit, Occupancy of 6 (2-night minimum): $165/night + tax

2-bedroom unit, Occupancy of 6 (1-night): $180/night + tax

*Rate applies to all Holidays including Martin Luther King Day, Christmas & Presidents week

Cancellation Policy (Motel Rooms & Townhouses)

A 3 day advanced notice is required in order to receive a full refund.

However, a $20 administration fee will apply.

If cancellations are made less than 3 days in advanced, you will be charged for one night.

During the Holidays: If cancellations are made during the holidays, you will receive a 50% refund only.
